1.Q:Are all your items in stock?
A:Yes, but occasionally the stock levels might reduce due to demand. If for any reason an Item is still displayed and you pay then we will contact you as quickly as possible and refund you.

2.Q:My order still says processing after a few days
A:This is normal, once we receive a delivery date your account will be updated with this information so you know when your order will be delivered.

3.Q:What about delivery time?
A:For packages shipping,all orders may take a bout 1week delivery time to your door and also trackable online any time.

4.Q:Are UGG boots breathable?
A:Yes.The fleece foot bed wicks away moisture and allows air to circulate, keeping your feet dry.

5.Q:Do you ship internationally?
A:yes,we ship internationally.

6.Q:How to tracking your order?
A:After receiving your order, please allow up to 6 hours for your order to be shipped. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with your order tracking number.

7.Q:What if my items are faulty?
A:Please contact us within 3 days of delivery to let us know, we will endeavour to sort this out for you.

8.Q:Is it true that you should wear them barefoot?
A:YES! UGG footwear is designed to be worn barefooted to maximize the cushioning effect and the warmth of sheepskin.

9.Q:What is your refund/returns policy?
A:We are committed to providing high quality boots to our customers.If you receive damaged boots we will gladly provide replacement for you, upon receiving proof of damage. Returns and Exchanges will only be accepted if they are requested within 2 weeks of receiving the boots.( You can upload a photo of the damage via our email, please contact us before you return items and we will email to you our return address.)

10.Q:How long will it take to process my return?
A:We process all returns in the order they are received, and we do process them as quickly as possible.On all returns and exchanges, processing may take up to 15days.
